Chip was very friendly and helpful. He went to bat for us and helped us get a deal with terms we were comfortable with. The finance manager pulled a few strings and made it happen.
This is a low pressure sales environment, with private test rides. It's really distracting when a salesman comes along for the test ride, so I appreciate being able to sign a paper, show ID and go for a drive.
Had a great first time buyer experience. Chip Hutchinson was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process. He walked me through the car buying process and explained any answer to a question thoroughly enough without any salesman fluff. Came here on a referral from a family member who had a fantastic experience as well. Very happy with my Mazda 6. It was everything described upfront and is all I could ask for in my first car. This is the first time buying out of state and Chip Hutchinson made this process so easy. He was extremely helpful, informative and responsive. There was no pressure and he went above and beyond to provide me answers to my many questions. From Kansas to Florida and it was delivered timely. The car is a beauty and it was everything that Chip described. I would definitely buy from them again.
Z Auto was very much a great experience for my wife and myself. I would suggest asking for Robert Hurst when you go. He was extremely helpful and transparent in helping us find not only the vehicle and monthly payment we wanted but a warranty that you rarely ever see at most used car dealers. He didn't BS us whatsoever and if there was a detail he wasn't sure on he asked one of his other associates. The condition of our Forrester is excellent and runs beautifully and thanks to Robert and Z Auto we have it's entire ownership history prior to us in detail for us to look at. We will be definitely heading back and asking for Robert again once they get another Forester or outback in their inventory. I can't recommend them enough
